Job summary

studioMilou Singapore seeks an architectural visualiser to create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visuals for cultural and residential projects. You will communicate design proposals through exterior and interior renderings, animations, and presentation graphics in our Singapore studio.

The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Rhino/SketchUp and leading rendering tools, and the ability to interpret architectural drawings with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 3D modelling and architectural visualisation.
• Proven ability to create exterior and interior renderings.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and design intent.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed 3D architectural and interior models from briefs and drawings.
• Produce high-quality exterior and interior renderings with realistic lighting.
• Prepare view, material, and atmosphere studies for design concepts.
• Create short animations and real-time walkthroughs for client engagement.
• Perform image post-production and presentation graphics.
• Ensure accuracy against approved design documentation and deadlines.
• Maintain and update models, material assets, and rendering presets.
