Responsibilities
- Provide full recruitment support to new and existing clients
- Perform research and understand clients and their industries well
- Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising, and referrals
- Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on the client's requirements and needs
- Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
- Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
- Coordination of interview arrangements between clients and candidates
- Conduct reference checks on candidates on behalf of clients
- Coordinate and negotiate salary offers on behalf of clients and candidates
- Perform post-recruitment follow-up with clients and candidates
- Work closely with different teams to fulfill client's needs
Requirements
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 and above) to liaise with Japanese-speaking clients
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role will have a distinct advantage
- Non-experience is welcome to apply as training will be provided
- The portfolio (by job functions basis) assigned will be determined on a mutual agreement basis
- Candidates who are flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven, and a team player will have a distinct advantage
