Management Executive Officer

Salary

$3160 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance ISP programmes dashboards
• Do requirement gathering and come up with an FGO dashboard
• Maintaining of ISP/FGO programmes masterlists
• Upkeep data integrity and provide data insights and trend analysis to support service and policy planning
• To read casefiles, reports and other relevant document for data coding
• To maintain an up-to-date database by obtaining information from relevant officers

Requirements:

• Degree qualification
• Good communication and teamwork
• Skilled in using Microsoft Excel to provide data insights
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Knowledge in data management, statistical analysis, and/or data visualisation
• Will be required to assist in data management of pre-court diversionary programmes e,g. Integrated Service Providers (ISP) and Family Guidance Orders (FGO)

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday – 8:30am – 6pm

Friday – 8:30am -5:30pm
