Prepare and send RFP/RFQ to vendors, arranging clarifications as needed.

Evaluate vendor quotes for compliance and competitive pricing.

Compile forex, material, and labor costs for estimates.

Identify critical items and conduct basic risk assessments.

Coordinate tender documents to ensure timely submissions.

Assist with tender reviews, contract negotiations, and procurement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3+ years in the marine industry.
• Proficient in IT (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
