Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to manage projects and facilitate maintenance works in healthcare settings. The role requires strong project management skills and a background in Mechanical & Electrical. • Perform presentations to management to obtain budget approval.
• Manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget.
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts.
• Assist in projects and alteration works assigned by Head of Department.
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget.
• Manage the work schedule of contractors/vendors.
• Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure all equipment is serviced as planned.

Job Description

• Write executive summary paper for capex expenditure justification
• Able to perform presentation to management to obtain approval for budget
• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management
• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
• To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
• Able to manage the work schedule of contractors/ vendors to ensure the work / project within the timeline with minimum disruption to the patients and staff
• Work with colleagues and contractors to ensure all physical plants and equipment are serviced as planned
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical & Electrical/ Facility Management or related fields
• Minimum 4 or 5 years working experience in M&E works and related field of building service
