Job Scope

• Taking and monitoring of vital signed
• Glucose monitoring
• Serving food and drinks during meal times
• Interacting, talking and exercising with elderly
• Some toileting & showering duties if needed
• Will be rostered for both centre based activities and home care duties
• Escorting of clients to hospitals / clinics for medical appointments
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
