Assist in production and packing, maintain cleanliness, handle materials, and follow SOPs. No prior experience required; bilingual ability and basic literacy are a plus; food safety or workplace safety training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production quality and report defects or irregularities to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas and equipment per safety rules.
• Support inventory management by organizing materials and finished products.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment as required, following safety protocols.
• Assist with loading, unloading and transportation of materials within the facility.
• Respond to supervisor instructions and contribute to team objectives.

About the role

We are seeking General Workers to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our manufacturing and assembly operations, based in the Taman Jurong West Region. As a General Worker, you will play an essential role in supporting our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety across our food manufacturing facilities. This role is fundamental to maintaining our high operational standards and contributing to the success of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

Assist in food production and assembly processes, following standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

• Prepare materials, equipment and work stations for production activities
• Perform packaging, labelling and product handling tasks with attention to detail and food safety standards
• Monitor production quality and report any defects or irregularities to supervisors
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, equipment and facilities in accordance with food safety regulations
• Support inventory management by organising, storing and tracking raw materials and finished products
• Operate basic machinery and equipment as required, following safety protocols and training provided
• Assist with loading, unloading and transportation of materials within the facility
• Respond promptly to instructions from supervisors and contribute to team objectives
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies
