A leading recruitment agency seeks an experienced administrative professional in Singapore. You will be responsible for reception and administrative services, assisting with student and parent interactions, managing incoming communications, and maintaining office organization. Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a school environment.

Base Year: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026
Option Year: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; 6.45am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Fridays: 6.45am to 3.45pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
Reception and Administration Services
1. The Personnel shall have at least 3 years of direct relevant working experience handling Reception and Administrative services.
Direct relevant working experience in a school environment would be an added advantage
