Job summary

Citi Singapore is seeking a qualified security professional to coordinate penetration testing engagements with stakeholders and partners across web, API, and AI domains.

You will document engagement scope, perform OSINT reporting, validate client artifacts, and contribute to security awareness activities within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in cyber security and possess strong writing/presentation skills.

The primary focus of this role is to coordinate penetration testing engagements with our stake holders and liaise with our Internal and external partners. This role requires someone with strong technical, organizational, and management skills to maintain an active presence throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise between clients and the testing team, to coordinate engagements and ensure the collection of testing artifacts.
• Document scope for various penetration testing engagements (e.g., web, API, Artificial Intelligence)
• Perform and deliver OSINT reporting to support penetration testing scoping and readiness.
• Validate client-provided penetration testing artifacts (e.g., APIs, mobile binaries, credentials).
• Perform information security awareness and training activities
• Problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, understand client requests, provide guidance to Citi businesses to ensure that the penetration test is conducted swiftly, and participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Apply critical thinking and sound judgement to evaluate multi-variable security scenarios where outcomes are not explicitly defined

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant years of experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Cyber Security and/or relevant Technology role.
• Effective time management skills in order manage multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Have strong technical writing and presentation skills to articulate the penetration testing process to senior stakeholders.

Plus

• Familiarity or hands‑on experience in application security testing
• Basic understanding of Web/ Mobile / API security and relevant testing tools
• Relevant Certifications is a plus not a requirement: eJPT, eWPT, GWAPT, GPEN
