Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to operate in Tuas with company transport provided. You will support inbound and outbound logistics, use ASRS and light-assisted systems, and help maintain inventory accuracy and a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, outbound picking, and routine housekeeping, with additional duties as assigned by superiors. Monday to Saturday shifts with OT eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics tasks and order fulfillment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ASRS and pick-to-light systems is a plus.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away cargo using ASRS and equipment following SOPs.
• Handle outbound operations with automation (pick-to-light).
• Merge inventory using automation to improve storage efficiency.
• Assist in physical counts and maintain equipment safety.
• Maintain safe workplace and perform housekeeping.
• Support other teams as required and perform other duties.

Warehouse Assistant

Working Location: Tuas (Company Transport provided)
Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am - 6:30pm
Salary: $1,800 – $2,200 + OT

Responsibilities

• Perform logistics duty of receiving and put away using ASRS function and equipment including checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargoes by adhering to the Standard Operating Procedure.
• Perform outbound operation using automation system (pick to light system)
• Perform inventory merging using automation system and equipment to improve storage efficiency
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment.
• Performing of general housekeeping and maintaining of safe working environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety measures and regulations in the workplace.
• Assisting other Teams as and when required.
