The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring a Social Worker to develop individualised care plans for residents and to execute them with close progress monitoring.

You will develop and implement programmes and activities to meet residents’ care needs, and prepare six-month review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents. Degree in Social Work is required; experience in social services is preferred.

• Salary : $3,500 - $5,500
• Location: Buangkok
• Working hours:Mon to Thursday (9am to 7pm) Friday (9am to 6pm)
