Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Hougang is seeking a senior nursing leader to oversee residents' care quality, assess health needs, and guide nursing staff in delivering standards-compliant services.

You will conduct audits, drive quality improvements, and coordinate training while participating in multidisciplinary meetings to advance nursing practices. A SNB licence and 10+ years in acute care with leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising licence.
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting, including leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality nursing care and services for residents.
• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Handle residents’ and family members’ enquiries and concerns professionally.

• Identify staff training needs and coordinate orientation, clinical training, and competency assessments.
• Support department operations, including manpower planning, roster management, inventory control, and documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of nursing practices.
