Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily logistics tasks, inventory control, and order fulfilment.

You will liaise with customers, receive goods, pick and pack orders for dispatch, and move stock safely. Working days are Monday to Friday with an 11am–8pm shift, near Expo MRT. The role offers a $150 shift allowance and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Proficient PC skills required.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Relevant experience in similar roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and coordinate shipments.
• Receive goods and store in appropriate locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders for dispatch and shipping.
• Perform value-added services on customer ordered goods.
• Follow proper handling procedures for components.
• Move stocks using trolleys or hand-pallet jacks.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts as required.
• Ensure safe manual lifting and handling per procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and report hazards.
• Recommend improvements to boost efficiency.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and coordinate shipments.
• Receive goods and put away to storage locations
• Picking and packing customer orders for dispatch and / or shipping tasks
• Perform additional value-added services on customer ordered goods
• Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
• Move stocks around either by provided trolleys and / or hand-pallet jacks
• Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
• Ensure any manual lifting and manoeuvring of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
• Operate in a safe manner complying with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
• Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory
• Make recommendations to aid efficiency and add value to the organization
• Any ad-hoc duties
