Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to welcome members and assist with various administrative tasks. • Welcoming members & assisting with check-ins.
• Building rapport with new and existing members.
• Handling payments when required.
• Assisting with bookings, cancellations or requests by members.
• Achieving membership monthly target set by HQ.
• Attending to phone/walk-in/email/text enquiries.
• Actively seeking new sale opportunities.
• Maintaining studio's cleanliness.
• Printing and emailing EOD sales reports to Directors.
• All other ad-hoc duties given by Store Manager.

• 5 Days | 8 hour Rotating Shift
• Weekday: 7am to 3pm or 1:30pm to 9:30pm
• Weekend / PH: 7:15am to 3:15pm or 10am to 6pm
• Salary: Basic $2,000
