Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in software application development.
• Proven experience in application support and user query management (L1/L2).
• Must be able to work in shifts to provide 24/7 support onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide software application support, troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Coordinate regular system maintenance and upgrade activities.
• Resolve incidents and recover services within contractual SLA requirements.
