A local recruitment agency is seeking a personnel for Methodist Girls’ School in Singapore. The role involves assisting at the General Office Counter, handling student inquiries, and performing administrative tasks. Candidates should have at least 3 GCE O-Level passes including English, 1 year of customer service experience, and basic IT skills. First Aid certification is a plus.

Contract Period: From 2 Jan 2026 to 30 Nov 2026(No service required during December.)
*Option to Extend:4 Jan 2027 to 30 Nov 2027(No service required during December.)
Working Hour:
During School Term (non-school holidays):Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break (Mondays to Fridays).
During School Holidays:Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Inclusive of 0.5-hr lunch break (Mondays to Fridays).
The personnel must be able to commit to the above work hours. The work hours during the contract period are subject to changes by the school, to meet school operational needs. No service provision required during the month of December.
Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. If it is required, it should not exceed two (2) Saturdays a year
