Name of Authority: Sembawang Primary School

Contract Period

From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Option to Extend

From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 11:30 am
• No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Job Scope

• The general maintenance of selected garden plots in Sembawang Primary School, including soil cultivation, fertilising, digging, mulching, watering, raking, weeding, edging, pruning, grass cutting, bed preparation, application of chemicals, planting and harvesting.
• The upkeep and maintenance of gardening tools, equipment and supplies in the gardening sheds.
• Any other gardening related duties as assigned by the school.

Requirements

• Must have at least three years’ experience in gardening in a school environment.
• Proficient in transplanting, growing and maintaining a large variety of plants, e.g. ferns, herbaceous plants, small trees.
• Responsible in carrying out duties and able to work effectively with school staff.
