Duration of Service:

  • Contract Period: 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026
  • Option to Extend: The School has the option to extend for a further period of 1 year (1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027)
Working Hours:
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
  • (a) Handle calls, walk-in enquiries, delivery, school mails, parcels dispatch
  • (b) Preparation and verification of documents (e.g. prepare Staff Monthly Attendance Sheet and track their daily attendance)
  • (c) Maintaining and updating of data records
  • (d) Compilation of statistics
  • (e) Filing and typing
  • (f) Drafting of correspondences
  • (g) Attending to pupils who are unwell
  • (h) Any other duties as assigned by School
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel:
  • (a) At least an O-Level
  • (c) At least 3 years of experience providing admin support
  • (d) Proficient in MS Office
  • (e) Basic First Aid knowledge
  • (f) Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • (g) Good team player with high level of initiative
  • (h) Good customer service skills
  • (i) High level of initiative and able to work independently
