Job description

We are seeking a dedicated ICT Trainer to join our dynamic team. This role is central to supporting the school’s technological ecosystem, from delivering hands-on training and managing digital platforms to providing comprehensive Audio-Visual (AV) support for schoolevents. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for education technology and a strong service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct ICT-based customized training workshop for students and teachers, post training surveys and compile students’ work.
  • Lead and manage the school’s Robotics Club as the Trainer-in-Charge.
  • Administer and maintain other ICT-based systems not under MOE. Manage and update the school's official website.
  • Assist in providing the Audio-Visual Technical support for school events and activities.
  • Involve in daily assembly, videography, photo taking, video editing during school events, posters/brochures designing and stocktaking, etc.
  • Assist HOD Ed Tech in ICT/AV-related administrative, operational and project management duties when necessary, such as inventory checks, loaning process, fault reporting matters and service request
Skills and Experience
  • A minimum diploma (or higher) in ICT or a related field.
  • Have preferably 2 years of related working experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel
  • Have knowledge of HTML or CSS
  • Able to troubleshoot a variety of ICT related issues
