2027 Asset Management Summer Analyst Program – Singapore

Join our flagship program and work alongside senior business leaders and industry experts to develop strategies that support our clients' needs. You'll collaborate with teams that manage and distribute investment solutions across asset classes for institutions and financial intermediaries, while gaining training, mentoring, access to senior leaders and engaging projects that build your skills.

What You Can Expect

As an Asset Management Summer Analyst in our program, you will join a nine‑week program that begins with training and orientation to our businesses and will provide the technical and practical knowledge you need to make an impact from the outset. The program is non‑rotational, giving you the opportunity to build solid relationships with your desk/team and to engage in real‑time projects. Be prepared to be flexible, learn quickly, and act on your judgments. You'll benefit from the support of a dedicated junior and senior staff member who will help you integrate into your team and answer any questions throughout the summer. This experience offers hands‑on exposure, skills training, and professional networking, and serves as a pipeline for future graduate opportunities. Those who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full‑time employment with the firm.

Your Potential Teams (subject to business needs)

• Alternatives – platform providing innovative investments across real estate, real assets, private equity, private credit, hedge funds and liquid alternatives.
• Equities – broad range of equity investment strategies globally with dedicated portfolio managers, research analysts and traders.
• Exchange Traded Funds – deliver US and UCITS ETFs to clients in the Asia Pacific region and help build local ETF platforms.
• Distribution Channels – assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals.
• Market Insights – provide clients and advisors with investment education and insights via the Guide to the Markets.
• Multi‑Asset Solutions – develop portfolio solutions using capital markets investing, strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management.
• Product Strategy – shape and position the product range across all asset classes.
• Sustainable Investing – develop ESG research and thought leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with client sales and retention or investment specialist teams to gain broad exposure to asset classes.
• Work with strategists and investment specialist teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and conduct market research.
• Learn about asset allocation strategies and identify investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to meet clients' objectives.
