Job summary

Bloomberg Singapore is launching an Analytics & Sales Program that develops expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement. You’ll support Bloomberg Professional Services clients globally, providing 24/7 assistance and learning through hands-on client exposure, mentorship, and targeted product training.

Qualifications

• You’ll need to have a Bachelor’s degree (or above) and be able to start a full-time role in 2027 (candidates graduating by July 2027 welcome to apply)
• Up to 3 years of work experience
• Fluency in English and Thai (written and spoken) for regular client communication and business activities conducted in Thai
• Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech
• Experience in customer service roles interacting with internal and external clients
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management capacity
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in innovative technologies to enhance workflows and efficiencies
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends or bank/public holidays

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries across Bloomberg products and services to deliver timely solutions
• Participate in comprehensive training and onboarding to build product and market expertise
• Collaborate with Sales teams on strategic client initiatives and relationship management

The Analytics & Sales Program offers a unique opportunity to buildexpertisein financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement while developing a foundation for a long-term career within Bloomberg's Financial Solutions business.

You will begin your career in Analytics, whereyou'llwork directly with Bloomberg Professional Services clients across the global financial community. In our Analytics business, you will provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users around the world and across multiple industries. Through Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat,you'llanswer client questions, solve complex workflow challenges, and help clients maximize the value of Bloomberg's products and solutions.

On any given day, our teams respond to tens of thousands of client inquiries in over 15 languages. From helping portfolio managers analyze risk to supporting traders as they uncover new sources of market liquidity,you'llgain exposure to a wide range of financial workflows while developing deep product, market, and clientexpertise.

As Bloomberg continues to innovate,you'llpartner with clients to introduce new products, deliver training, support onboarding and product rollouts, and help organizationsutilizetechnology more effectively.You'llalso collaborate closely with Sales teams on strategic client initiatives, building the skills and relationship management capabilities that prepare you for future opportunities across Financial Solutions.

• Demonstrated practical exposure to Python or other coding languages preferably.
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Excel and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
• With 1-3 years of full-time work experience in the financial market or financial services industry, or in client-facing/relationship management/sales/consulting role
