What you’ll do

During your placement, you will work in our Singapore office and be exposed to the following areas within Human Resources:

  • Talent Management and Development
  • Human Resources Business Partnering
  • HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits
  • Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
  • HR Compliance and Employment Law

At Lidl & Kaufland, our HR teams are responsible for recruiting, retaining, developing and rewarding our workforce across ten cities in Asia.

You will be involved in projects that cover a range of HR specialities, including Talent Development, Learning, generalist HR and supporting the overall HR team. From day one you will be a facilitator and help to embed our HR strategy through our organisation.

What you’ll need
  • Graduates of 2026 or recent graduates with up to one year of working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with an Upper Second Class/ higher or a GPA of at least 3.0, with a major in one of the following:
    • Human Resources
    • Business Management
    • Legal
    • Psychology
    • Marketing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills
  • Creativity in problem‑solving and strong analytical ability
  • An appetite for an ambitious career and the ability to adapt to new situations within a fast‑paced environment
  • Legal right to work in Singapore
