Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Temporary Retail Assistant to support our boutique operations during the festive season. The role involves providing premium customer service, assisting with sales transactions, and ensuring smooth coordination between the Christmas market (Level 1) and the main boutique (Level 3).

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers, providing a luxury shopping experience.
  • Support sales activities and manage merchandise display and replenishment.
  • Coordinate between the Christmas market (Level 1) and boutique (Level 3) for stock movement and customer requests.
  • Handle product enquiries and assist with basic product presentation.
  • Direct customers to the Level 3 boutique for payment transactions.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation standards.
Requirements
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (luxury or fashion industry an advantage).
  • Physically fit to move between multiple floors during operations.
  • Well-groomed with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and festive periods.
