Job description

We are looking for digital ambassadors around your GRCs, to teach/guide the community how to use digital apps.

Responsibilities

• Teach/Guide the community in Singapore on digital apps through 1:1, classroom, small or large group settings, webinars using Zoom, Singpass, WhatsApp, PayNow and PayLah.
• Have a good knowledge of common scams or cybersecurity.
• Prompt follow‑up and administration work.
• Other ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possesses the ability to teach digital skills to seniors.
• Able to withstand long standing and walking.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Approachable, empathetic and patient personality.
• Good team player, and able to interact with people from all walks of life.
• No experience but passionate to coach and equip seniors with basic digital skills welcome.

Salary & Working Hours

Any 5 days from Monday – Sunday. 8.5 hours per day between 8am – 10pm (Up to 44 hours per week). Medical and annual leaves. Yearly contract (able to renew or extend).
