Job description

Responsibilities

• Support Deployment Principal to communicate, onboard, and support suppliers in execution of Product Traceability Compliance programs using Deployment principal approved messaging
• Develop and optimize APIs and SQL queries for efficient data extraction on a biweekly basis
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Implement and manage data ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Collaborate with platform vendors to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Develop reports to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitor function email inbox, escalates to appropriate teams and respond directly
• Develop and maintain communication calendar and deployment timeline
• Meeting scheduling, notes, and recaps
• Document and maintain program FAQs and responses
• Develop, deploy, and analyze supplier survey on program feedback
• Perform validations in product traceability platform as needed per guidance (e.g., supplier requests to delete incoming transactions)

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI dashboard development
• Working knowledge of SQL and database management
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automated for workflow automation
• Experience with API integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and relationship management for stakeholder collaboration
