Working Hour:
- Mondays to Thurs: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Scopes:
- Perform front desk duties include telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in customers
- Attend to sick students, issue early release forms for students going home early and keep records of students reporting sick
- Assist in general ad hoc administration
- Any other hoc duties assigned by Admin Manager/Operation Manager/Vice-Principals/Principal
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in IT skills – e.g Microsoft Word, MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Preferably have some basic first-aid knowledge
- Prior relevant working experience in school will be advantageous
