Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate environmental and safety needs focusing on areas such as air permitting, wastewater management, ergonomics, and hazardous materials — and propose effective solutions and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, lead, and implement EHS compliance programs aligned with company goals.
• Provide EHS expertise for new processes, products, and technologies, participating actively in change control processes.
• Research, analyze, and interpret EHS data to prepare detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate incidents and compliance deviations, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop, review, and deliver specialized EHS training programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Act as liaison with government and regulatory agencies on EHS matters when required.
• Conduct internal audits and site inspections to ensure continuous compliance and drive EHS improvement.
• Serve as a back‑up emergency incident commander and/or safety officer as needed.
• Perform other EHS‑related duties assigned by management.

Requirements
