Responsibilities

• Manage daily ILP fund operations including pricing and reconciliations.

• Prepare and submit timely ILP expense ratios to regulators.
• Maintain operational manuals and enhance workflows.
• Lead annual business continuity exercises.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Fund Operations: Manage the full spectrum of daily ILP (Investment-Linked Product) fund operations, including pricing, placements, reconciliations, fund changes, dividend distributions, and trailer commissions.
• Account Management: Handle account openings for new fund managers and custodians; update account mandates as required.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit ILP expense ratios, accruals, and provisions to regulators on time.
• Process & Controls: Maintain and update operational manuals; review workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Business Continuity: Lead or participate in annual business continuity exercises.
• Audit Support:
• Ad Hoc Projects: Contribute to additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
