Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm; 8.30am – 5.30pm; 9am – 6pm; 10am – 7pm
Alternate Saturday: 8am – 12pm; 8.30am – 12.30pm; 9am – 1pm
Job Scope:
  • Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platform (Webforms & Chats) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Simultaneously handle multiple chats
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives timely to meet the KPIs.
  • Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment etc.)
  • Payment arrangement (dunning block, instalment plan, payment deferment etc.)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Diploma with at least 1 years of relevant work experience in customer service and handling chat enquiries
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
