Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer for Environmental Health & Safety on a 12-month contract. This full onsite role involves supporting EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting employee well-being. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 4 years of experience in EHS management, and is a Registered Safety Officer in Singapore. Competitive salary up to S$80,200 per annum.

Position: Senior Engineer, Environmental Health & Safety (Contract – 12 Months)
Location: Changi (Plant-based role)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Onsite)
Salary Range: Up to S$80,200 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Start Date: 15 November 2025

Role Overview:
This position supports the site’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. The incumbent will work closely with occupational health and safety teams to ensure compliance with local regulations, promote employee well-being, and maintain audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Occupational Health programs and case management, including ergonomic assessments.
  • Manage and escalate incident reporting and investigations.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance checks in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Implement health and safety campaigns to promote awareness across the organization.
  • Develop, review, and update EHS procedures, training materials, and documentation.
  • Provide support for risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal and external EHS audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety management.
  • Must be a Registered Safety Officer (RSO) in Singapore.
  • Preferably with experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Hospital environments.
