9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows and use cases.
• Support project management activities including planning, tracking and reporting.
• Facilitate meetings to drive alignment and clarity across stakeholders.
• Utilise tools such as Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow tracking.
• Maintain quality of work and productivity in accordance with UOB standards.
• Assist in any projects and work as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Systems Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years (or more, depending on level) of experience as a Business Analyst or in requirements gathering / business-process mapping
• Experience in gathering & analysing business requirements from stakeholders
• Experience documenting business requirements, business process flows, use-cases and functional specifications
• Proficient in Agile/Jira/Confluence (or similar collaboration tools) will be advantageous
