  • Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance.

Location: Raffles Place

Contract: 12 Months

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Monday to Thursday, and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Friday with 1 hour meal break

Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office within Group Compliance.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as onboarding/offboarding of staff, maintain office supplies, upkeep staff list, update centralized forms, maintain fixed asset listing, coordinate offsite archival requests, update internal SOP/user guides etc.
  • Assist with finance operational matters such as invoice processing and payment monitoring
  • Assist with annual/quarter/ad-hoc reviews within Group Compliance where required and provide administrative support for function wide meetings where necessary
  • Manage user requests as the first point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on administrative/IT/facilities matters to resolve issues timely
  • Provide covering administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Group Compliance which includes meeting coordination, printing of materials and meeting room booking
  • Additional duties as assigned
