Contract Period: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Option to Extend: 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Scopes
- Attend to telephone calls, emails, front desk reception walk‑in enquiries (vendors, parents, students, general public) and receipt of deliveries.
- Support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to students and parents. To be present during curriculum days with the exception of occasional leave‑taking (subject to approval).
- Facilitate communication within the school by ensuring necessary information is properly transmitted.
- Attend to minor student injuries/accidents and maintain the student injuries/accidents records file.
- Assist with administrative duties e.g. filing, data entries, student attendance update, collection of forms.
- Perform daily upkeeping of counter cleanliness and keep the area neat and tidy. Help contact parents, students, teachers and vendors.
- Assist with school programmes/ initiatives e.g. P1 Registration Exercise, P1 Orientation Day, Temperature Taking Exercise etc.
- Assist with any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the school.
Requirements
- Qualification: At least a GCE N or O Level certification
- Experience: At least 1 year work experience in school environment
- Experience: At least 2 years work experience as Customer Service/ Receptionist/ Front Counter
- Computing Skills: Computer skills [MS Word, Excel, Emails]
