Contract Period: From 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.

Option to Extend: 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Scopes
  1. Attend to telephone calls, emails, front desk reception walk‑in enquiries (vendors, parents, students, general public) and receipt of deliveries.
  2. Support teaching and administrative staff by providing information to students and parents. To be present during curriculum days with the exception of occasional leave‑taking (subject to approval).
  3. Facilitate communication within the school by ensuring necessary information is properly transmitted.
  4. Attend to minor student injuries/accidents and maintain the student injuries/accidents records file.
  5. Assist with administrative duties e.g. filing, data entries, student attendance update, collection of forms.
  6. Perform daily upkeeping of counter cleanliness and keep the area neat and tidy. Help contact parents, students, teachers and vendors.
  7. Assist with school programmes/ initiatives e.g. P1 Registration Exercise, P1 Orientation Day, Temperature Taking Exercise etc.
  8. Assist with any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the school.
Requirements
