The role is responsible for daily health claims assessment and operational duties, ensuring that all claims are processed accurately, fairly, and within policy terms, benefit limits, and authority levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and process health claims promptly and accurately within service standards and turnaround times.

Monitor and follow up on pending claims and manage complaints effectively.

Provide training, customer support, and handle face-to-face meetings with clients and intermediaries.

Prepare claims statistics and reports.

Ensure compliance with regulations, corporate policies, and risk management guidelines.

Uphold Fair Dealing Outcomes and relevant legal requirements.
