Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data analytics plan to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes.
• Work with IT teams and vendors to automate and improve data workflows.
• Ensure data management practices comply with governance policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead the development of dashboards, data visualization, and analytics tools.
• Coordinate technical requirements with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Design and conduct training sessions to upskill team members in data analytics tools.
• Provide expert advice on analytics, reporting, and digital tools for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s in Library and Information Science (MLIS) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in enterprise systems, web technologies, and vendor management.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and programming (Python, SQL, R, etc.).
