Overview

1 Year Contract Business Analyst, Digital Transformation

Our client is a MNC.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders
• Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows to improve work efficiency, transparency and traceability
• Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business
• Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making
• Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities
• Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities
• Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions

Qualifications

• Degree in any relevant discipline
• 1 to 4 years of relevant data analysis/business analysis experience
• Proficient in Power Automate and Power Apps

Salary and Application
