• Coordinate with clinic/hospital on medical attendant's reports.
• Mediate between adviser and underwriter for disputes.

• Case management includes all concierge cases that required to go for medical are contacted within a day upon receipt of underwriting memo
• Follow up with adviser for the outstanding requirements, premium before deadline due
• Follow up with clinic/hospital on the medical attendant’s report
• Act as a mediator between adviser and underwrite for sub-standard cases or any disputes regarding new applications
