A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in electrical work. Responsibilities include performing maintenance work, troubleshooting, and liaising with engineers. This position offers a competitive salary of $4,000 to $4,600 plus transport allowance.
Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in electrical work, preferably within large-scale industrial/engineering company.
Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety.
Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting.
Able to work and trouble shoot with AC low voltage single phase and 3 phase systems.
Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plant downtime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain.
Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD, E&I related and maintenance records for troubleshooting purpose.
Experience in 3 phase generator control interfacing to grid power.
Liaise with PE and organize preventive maintenance for MV and high voltage (22Kva).
Understand and develop electrical panel schematics if needed.
Guide technician on troubleshooting part if needed for ACMV, CCTV, Access control system, PA system, power and lighting.
Update and control of Electrical specification, procedure and drawings.
Material Management including consumables, parts and spare units.
Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, record and report.
Review and approve of service, repair and overhaul equipment, record and report.
Managing routine 5S at the maintenance workshop, store and work area at site.
Work with clients, consultants, project personnel and relevant authorities.
