0731 - Contract Manager (Project contract based / Up to $8K | Changi Naval Base | Civil & QS Background)

Role: Project contract based (estimated completion: 2027). Location: Changi, office at Lavender. Working days: 5.5 days 8am‑5pm, alternate Saturday full day. Salary: $6000 to $8000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Managing Director in responding to requests for quotation from prospective clients, both local and overseas.
• Manage and coordinate preparation of pre‑tender documentation and respond to tender clarifications and amendments; attend tender meetings leading to award of tenders.
• Prepare contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration and review commercial aspects of contracts and agreements with clients and subcontractors.
• Assist Project Managers in preparation of monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Candidates with QS or Contracts background are advantageous.
• Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.
