Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026. Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Hours
- Receptionist 1 (Half Day)
- • Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 2:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Receptionist 2 (Full Day)
- • Mondays to Fridays: 8:45am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 45 mins lunch break
- • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Scopes
- Reception and Customer Service
- Respond to phone calls, enquiries and walk-in visitors from school community members (pupils, teachers, school staff) and external parties (parents, vendors, public)
- Facilitate communication between parents and teachers
- Goods and Delivery Management
- Manage incoming deliveries, collections, documents and communications
- Ensure accurate and timely packing and distribution of items
- Student Care and Support
- Attend to unwell/injured pupils in the sick bay and arrange parent pickup
- Coordinate early dismissal and manage lost and found items
- Administrative and Record Management
- Maintain and update data / documents
- Security and Access Management
- Coordinate with security personnel on visitor arrivals
- Manage vendor access
- General Requirements
- Maintain confidentiality of all school and pupil information
- Any other duties as assigned by the School
Requirements
- a) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (minimally both Word and Excel)
- b) Proficient in the use of email communication, particularly with Goggle Mail (Gmail)
- e) Preferably 3 years of experience in receptionist/customer service
- f) Preferably 1 year of experience working in a primary school setting
- g) Have basic First Aid knowledge
- h) Good communication and interpersonal skills
- i) Good customer service skill
- j) A team player who works well with other colleagues
- k) Responsible individual with a pleasant and professional disposition
