Option to Extend: From 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.
Personnel Hours
- • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Responsibility
- Handle general reception duties such as answering phone calls, walk‑in enquiries and receiving delivery of items.
- Assist students seeking medical help in sick bay and contact form teacher/parents when necessary.
- Manage school’s generic email account.
- Perform administrative duties and logistic supports in meetings and events.
- Assist Administration Department in projects assigned related to administration and logistics.
- Assist in the school filing and document creation.
- Assist school with data entry and tabulation for school’s evaluation.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the School Leaders and Administration Manager.
Requirements
- Qualification: The candidate shall possess a minimum of GCE 'O' Level qualification / WSQ Certification on Office Management Skill or equivalent.
- Skills & Competency: The candidate should preferably have competency in general reception duties as well as administrative work. The candidate must be proficient in IT systems such as Microsoft Office and Google Mail.
- Experience: The candidate shall have at least one (1) year of experience working in a school environment.
