Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Visual Merchandising professional to execute brand campaigns and maintain visual standards across stores. You will collaborate with brands on seasonal campaigns and align display guidelines with brand identity.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in Visual Merchandising, experience in beauty/cosmetics, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, including budgeting and coordinating with local partners.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Visual Merchandising.
• Relevant experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of layout software and retail display tools.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

• Working closely with brands on execution aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
• Key communicator with brand's VM team on guidelines
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all store locations and displays.
• Manage visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of displays.
• Working closely with local partners to arrange permit and manpower, ensure strong execution and prepare completion report
• Daily communication and weekly WIP report with brands
• Assistant to VM Director in all projects

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Location: Eunos

Salary: $3,000 - $3,800

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all store locations and displays.
• Manage visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of displays.
• Working closely with local partners to arrange permit and manpower, ensure strong execution and prepare completion report
• Daily communication and weekly WIP report with brands
• Assistant to VM Director in all projects

Requirement

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Visual Merchandising
• Relevant experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of technical skills, retail display tools, and layout software.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends.
