Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Technician to conduct laboratory analysis and assist in technical development projects. Candidates with an ITE or Diploma in Chemistry and experience in precious metals will be preferred. Responsibilities

• Conduct final sample preparation in the final sampling room.
• Perform laboratory analysis and reporting.
• Assist chemist in technical development projects.
• Maintain the inventory of laboratory facilities/equipment.
• Check, record, and report on the inventory of laboratory supplies.
• Carry out calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment as instructed.
• Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory.
• Follow existing systems and documentation procedures.
• Update relevant records.

Role

• Laboratory Technician (Chemical / Up to $2700 + OT)
• Singapore Based (Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possess own transport)
• 5.5 Days work per week (Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Sat (8am – 12pm) + OT)
• At least ITE or Diploma in Chemistry/Chemical Process Technology/Material Science or equivalent
• Working experience in precious metal/ base metal is an added advantage.
• $2200 to $2700 + entitled OT
• Working environment is heat
