Contract Period: 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026

Option to Extend: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2027

Schedule
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (inclusive of 1‑hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (inclusive of 1‑hour lunch break)
  • No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Services Required
  1. Detention Sessions (DS) Coordinator – Assist HOD & SH Student Management to:
    • Supervise DS Monday‑Friday after school until 4:30pm.
    • Implement, monitor and supervise DS, ensuring consistency in process and following up procedures.
    • Follow up with defaulters.
    • Maintain, compile and manage detention records and data.
    • Report detention attendance to Form Teachers (FTs).
    • Ensure DS serves as an effective deterrence for truancy and late coming.
  2. Student Management (SM) Centre Operations – Maintain smooth operations and data records at the SM Centre (e.g., loan and issue of items, lost and found, early leave from school premises, unwell students, late‑coming and attendance data collection in the school data management system, etc.).
    • Attend to students dropping in during and after school hours.
    • Liaise with teachers, Year Heads (YH), HOD, and School Leaders (SL) as needed.
  3. Case Management and Follow‑up – Collaborate with the Student Management Team to monitor and manage disciplinary measures:
    • Refer and update HOD/YH/SL on potential issues related to pupils and school discipline.
    • Conduct follow‑up actions with student offenders after investigations conclude (e.g., monitoring completion of assignments, on‑in‑house suspension, after‑school detention).
    • Daily sign‑in/out for students on movement monitoring.
    • Assist HOD and YH in following up on frequent absentees.
    • Accompany officers on house calls and home visits.
    • Assist HOD/SM to liaise with Police and other authorities to verify student involvement and case follow‑ups.
  4. Maintain School Tone – Work with the School Management team and Operations Managers (OM) to ensure school security and overall tone:
    • Monitor and foot‑patrol within and outside the school.
    • Active monitoring of non‑structured school hours where student crowds gather.
    • Check on external visitors and liaise with other school officers to attend to visitors’ needs.
  5. Other Duties – Collaborate with relevant HOD/Key Personnel for support during school and national examinations:
    • Patrol to ensure conducive environment and school tone.
    • Perform escort duties.
    • Manage students at waiting area during oral examination.
    • Assist PE Department during sport/game activities and events in/outside school.
    • Assist in monitoring After‑School Engagement programmes for at‑risk pupils (GEAR UP Programme).
    • Assist in monitoring students identified for Extended School Term Self‑study programme during term breaks.
    • Maintain SM Data and Records Management during term break and exam period.
    • Record routine/daily non‑compliances, petty offences, late‑coming, misuse of handphones.
    • File SM records for pupil profiling.
    • Maintain and update late‑comer data using the school data management system.
Requirements
  • Full GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent work experience (attach CV).
  • Ability to connect and maintain good rapport with students.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage the online school data management tools.
  • Eye for details and ability to multi‑task.
  • Keener learner and good team player.
