Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.

Working Hours
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Friday: 7:00am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Job Scope
  • Manning of General Office Counter: Manage General Office reception
    Attend to students, parents and walk-in visitors queries
    Attend to goods delivery
  • Assist in general administrative and student related duties: Updating of daily student attendance
    Follow up with absentees
    Attend to students leaving school early, prepare early dismissal slips (e.g., for students unwell or medical appointment)
    Assist in managing the sickbay and attend to unwell students
    Providing first aid to students who are injured (e.g., small cuts, abrasion/bruise), follow-up with completion of incident report
    Assist and guide staff on completion of incident report
  • Assist in records management (e.g., incident report and late list)
  • Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience as a receptionist/admin assistant in a MOE Secondary school environment.
  • At least GCE 'N' level certification
  • Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
