Job summary

LILT is seeking professional voice talents for an AI-focused project, with emphasis on natural, conversational delivery and clear articulation. The role is open to individuals with experience in voice acting, narration, podcasts, or streaming and who can provide a home recording setup.

Candidates should be able to follow project requirements, deliver samples, and accommodate fast turnarounds. Licensing your voice for AI/TTS training may be required, with a streamlined, contractor-friendly

• Access to a home recording setup with recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, DAW/plugins and a treated space.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for professional or semi-professional voice talents with a passion for language and technology for an exciting project.

Voice characteristics:

Female, "mature" (~35–55 years old), natural rather than polished/robotic — retaining natural pauses, disfluencies, and natural word emphasis.

Personality and Tone:

1. Conversational and likeable for customers (e.g., friendly, empathetic, patient)

1. Natural and approachable in a dialogue

1. Intelligent, confident, engaged, and builds trust

1. Welcoming and accommodating without being earnest, sycophantic or too eager to please

1. Ability to convey the desired personality traits (e.g., friendly, confident, helpful)

Speech Quality and Clarity:

1. Easy to follow and clear

1. Consistent, moderate pace with natural pauses

Qualifications

• Must be native speaker of the target locale

• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming

• Access to a home recording setup

• Able to provide demo, sample recordings, voiceover samples

• Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged

• Open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training

• Depending on the project, you may undergo a test in our module to be subsequently vetted against all requirements.
