Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Swedish Driver's License (Category B).
• Hands-on automotive experience with vehicles, automotive systems, ECU flashing, or diagnostic tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English (Swedish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end manual functional, exploratory, and regression testing on physical test vehicles and proving grounds.
• Validate new software releases and feature updates under real-world and controlled track driving conditions.
• Evaluate feature performance, user experience, and vehicle responses against functional specs.
• Prepare test objects (vehicles and rigs) by flashing, updating, and verifying HW/SW baselines before test runs.
• Perform basic hardware upgrades, maintenance, and sensor/cable checks in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Collect diagnostic data and system logs using standard automotive diagnostic tools.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly, helping development teams distinguish between defects and environment issues.
