Job summary

Adtraction in Stockholm seeks a Product Designer (UX & AI) to shape the user experience of its platform for brands and partners, across web and mobile apps. You will map flows, analyze behavior and craft well-structured designs in Figma ready for AI-enabled production.

You’ll own the design system over time, structuring Figma files, components and tokens so AI agents can implement design accurately, while collaborating with tech leads and product teams.

Qualifications

• Several years of UX, product or interaction design experience with digital products.
• Expert Figma skills with structured files, components and design tokens.
• Experience using behavioural data to inform UX decisions.
• Designing for mobile apps and web platforms; strong collaboration with developers.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to take design into code.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design interactions and interfaces in Figma from sketches to production-ready designs.
• Evolve the design system and component library in Figma for consistency.
• Own the process for taking designs from Figma to production with AI agents.
• Analyse user behaviour and turn insights into concrete improvements.
• Map user flows and information architecture across web and mobile.
• Translate feedback from sales and customer success into solutions.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product owners from framing to shipped work.
