Job Title: Test Rig Development Engineer

We are looking for a Test Rig Development Engineer to join our innovative team and drive the creation of cutting‑edge test environments. You will be part of an enabler team, delivering test equipment, rigs, and tools as a service to support the department's testing needs. Working closely with other engineers and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality, reliable test facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and modify test rigs (mechanical, electrical wiring, software, measurements, etc.)
• Automate test rigs and develop data storage/evaluation tools
• Define and manage the development of test equipment with suppliers
• Provide tooling, instructions, and documentation for test facility operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to design meaningful test products and services

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in verification and building test rigs for safety‑critical systems
• Background in automotive software development processes
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills
• Experience with Vector Tools and understanding of electric schematics and electronic circuits

Preferred Skills:

• Python coding experience
• CANoe configuration expertise
