Job summary

emagine is seeking a Test developer for an automotive client to verify and validate powertrain software. The role focuses on testing new functionalities, developing test cases, and performing low-level tests in HIL and bench setups.

You will collaborate with function developers to ensure software quality throughout development in a SAFe agile environment, planning sprint activities and contributing to testing efforts across the powertrain domain.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or another relevant field.
• Understanding of software testing and test development.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into test cases and test scripts.
• Knowledge of HIL and bench-based software testing.
• Fluent English.

Description

The assignment focuses on software testing of new functionalities, including requirement analysis, development of test cases and test scripts, and low-level software testing in HIL and bench environments.

You will work closely with function developers to support and secure software quality throughout the development process. The work is performed in an agile environment according to the SAFe framework and includes planning and coordinating test activities within agile sprints.

Meriting Experience

• C and/or CE driver's license.
